I offer a service to Amiga A2000 owners who have been plagued by corrosion due to leaking batteries. A new main board has been reverse engineered by ‘Floppie209’ to replace the corrosion damaged board in these computers and is now available from me in several colours.

This listing is for a replacement board fully built using mainly new parts, with custom chips and some connectors removed from donor boards.

Colours usually available – Black, Blue, White.

Simply send me your original board and I will remove the custom chips and 23 pin connectors and fit them to a new board together with a new set of components including 1Mb RAM.

All ICs are socketed and the board will be fully tested before sending it out – your original board will be returned to you (or scrapped if you prefer).

I am normally able to build your replacement board with 7 – 10 days of receipt of your original board. Please email me for my current availability.
